Linda Pettine was one of the first females in the U.S. to become a Certified Cognac Educator. She has an advanced understanding of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails and mixology and can speak to trends, history, and recipe development. Pettine's professional memberships and certifications would fill racks and include Certified Wine Educator, Certified Spirits Educator, Certified Spirits Specialist and United States Bartender Guild Professional.
